Gayle Jaffe
Gayle Jaffe brings over 35 years of experience in fitness, wellness, and nutrition as a certified personal trainer, Pilates and Barre instructor, and Advanced Certified Nutrition Counselor through the Trinity School of Natural Health. She is the proud owner of Pure Flow Pilates Studios, where she specializes in helping clients of all ages and abilities—especially those recovering from injuries or surgeries—regain strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement and holistic care.
A former synchronized swimming coach and judge for USA Artistic Swimming, Gayle’s unique background gives her a refined eye for flow, alignment, and control. Her clients benefit from a deeply tailored approach that blends form, function, and rhythm—hallmarks of her specialized training style.
As a founding brand partner with Jump To Health, Gayle carries their nutritional product line in her studio and integrates it into the customized meal and supplement plans she creates for her clients.
Having personally recovered from back, shoulder, and hip replacement surgeries, she brings compassion and lived experience to every session.
Gayle enjoys the outdoors, biking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family and pets.
Her mission: to help others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through personalized movement, nutrition, and heart-centered support.

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Deanna Barr brings passion, expertise, and a playful spirit to every class she leads. As a certified Pilates Reformer Instructor, Level 2 Lagree Megaformer Trainer, Indoor Cycling Instructor, Bar Sculpt Instructor, and Wellness Coach, Deanna blends a wide range of disciplines to create dynamic, results-driven workouts.
Deanna believes that true beauty begins within—but it’s even better when your outer strength reflects your inner confidence. Her approach is rooted in meaningful movement and making fitness fun, helping clients of all levels feel empowered, energized, and inspired.
Outside the studio, you’ll find Deanna paddle boarding, biking, or soaking up beach time with her husband and their beloved fur babies.
